Introduction

Remote jobs became essential part of everyone's life after Covid-19, but with its “Pros” comes a number of “Cons” for both sides. A new way of interviews, cooperating with remote teams and payroll issues arise every single day. We set out to create a platform with no boundaries for people all over the world. A platform that covers recruiter needs from publishing a job post to onboarding, payments, and further employee management.

The Challenge

Companies face unique challenges when it comes to hiring worldwide and managing team members. In order to recruit successfully on an international scale it is crucial that businesses create strategies tailored to the local requirements and limitations. Current solutions don’t solve all the recruitment demands or too expensive. Many business choose manual silutions that are less effective and time consuming. Many companies want to have global teams but struggle with onboarding and payment issues, as well as regulations in different countries.

We found number of opportunities and features to be introduced. But during the prioritization exercise, we found some of the features would cause in loosing the main platform purpose and vision. And the company could return to these feature on the later product stages.The other promising feature we’ve found was Online Qualification Tests that could be a part of application process. This feature was highly rated both by applicants and recruiters as it provides the real-time results and eliminates the mismatch of candidate and the responsibilities.
